The Water Transmission Company’s mandate is to plan, develop, and operate large-scale water transmission systems that ensure the reliable and efficient conveyance of water from production sources to demand centers. The mandate emphasizes system resilience, optimized energy use, and long-term infrastructure sustainability in support of national water security objectives.
